Easily and quickly leave valves out of operation with our Do Not Operate Tag. Identify the 'normal valve position', whether open or closed, with date, name, valve and permit number(s). Perforated section to keep with permit, section 1 hole punched to allow easy cable tie attachment to valve. Utilise with fine nibbed permanent marker pen for durability. Ultra tear-resistant and have been proven to withstand some of the harshest environments.
