Compliant label prints and designs

Brady can create optimised label designs that comply with any norm, standard or regulation. Icons, barcodes, QR-codes, serial numbers, safety warnings, product information, a company logo: our experienced and specialised label design team can create the ideal label design for your needs.

ISO 7010 safety signs, ISO 20560 pipe and tank markers, GHS-labels, British Standards, IMO, ANSI, DIN, … talk to us about the norms and standards your label needs to comply with and we will make it happen.

We can even include all compliance and traceability information in a vibrant, full colour label, complete with high resolution visuals that can appeal to users and customers alike.

Relevant material compliance statement

In many industries, label behaviour is subject to requirements imposed by customers or industry standards. These will usually include expectations about label longevity and resilience in specific industrial contexts.

If it is unclear whether your identification solution of choice meets the necessary requirements, call our Customer Service and they will initiate testing based on your standard’s specifications in Brady’s in-house laboratories. We use internationally accepted ASTM- and FINAT-test methods as well as advanced measuring equipment to check for compliance with any regulation, norm or standard, including company specific standards.

Tests may include label material and print weatherability, UV, chemical, oil, moisture and dirt resistance, and material resilience in extreme temperatures and other conditions. When testing is concluded, you will receive a statement from Brady to satisfy compliance needs, complete with test method and results.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation

The goal of Directive 2012/19/EU is to maximise the separate collection, reuse or recycling of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).

Manufacturers are required to mark all relevant equipment with a waste electrical and electronic label to remind consumers not to discard these products in the domestic waste stream.

In compliance with the Directive 2012/19/EU, Brady has entered into agreements with existing WEEE compliance schemes in the countries we operate in.
