High-performance 76.2 mm core label printing the way you never thought possible. Get 40-second part changeovers with no adjustments, no trial-and-error print tests and no wasted labels. LabelSense(TM) Technology allows the printer, Brady i75-Series materials and Brady software to communicate; automating and eliminating tedious adjustments and label-wasting tasks.
- No need to set print speed, heat, offsets, sensor mode or sensor location — i7500 does it automatically without wasteful trial-and-error print tests
- No need to calibrate RFID antenna's and waste labels — i7500 autocallibrates the encoding antenna's and can encode from the first label
- i75-Series ribbons auto-center with the ink always facing the correct way; the i7500 will warn you if the ink type is a mismatch with the installed label material
- All standard Brady RFID labels operate in full smartmode functionality
- Open core RFID labels will also function in manual mode, where the operator needs to enter read & writing power for the RFID antenna's
- 300 dpi print resolution for day-to-day printing, or user can quickly field-exchange with optional 600 dpi printhead with no calibration or firmware update required
- Standard configuration ships with a Tear Bar; optional Auto Cutter accessories can be easily user-installed with four fastening screws
